Please refer to the "Book" tab and click the "Book Now" button. You will then be prompted to fill out and submit the inquiry form. Once that is completed, Fine & Fancy Bar will contact you in 24-48hrs. Please be advised a 50% non-refundable deposit and the signing of a bartending contract is required to secure your booking date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your date in cash or check. NO SAME DAY PAYMENTS. 14 days or less is considered a last minute booking. An additional fee of $100 will be added for last minute bookings. There are no deposits for last minute bookings, you must pay in full. All events require a 3hr minimum. A bar has to be available for us to work on. If you do not have one, contact us about renting a portable one.

Fine & Fancy Bar does not carry an alcohol liquor license to sell alcohol. The client must secure payment for all liquor that is needed and all permits required for the event, unless it is champagne for mimosas. Alcohol will be served in accordance with Mississippi liquor laws and regulations. We will not serve alcohol to minors and you must be 21+ to book our services. Fine & Fancy Bar will require proof of age for all guests that do not appear to be of age at the discretion of Fine & Fancy Bar. The host of the event is responsible for all guests and their actions. Fine & Fancy Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any guests who seem to be overly intoxicated at the discretion of Fine & Fancy Bar. All alcohol purchased will be left with the host after the event. All non-alcoholic supplies and beverages supplied by Fine & Fancy Bar is the property of Fine & Fancy Bar.

Event cancellation or changes must be in writing by the contracted parties. All fees paid up to the date of cancellation, are non-refundable unless purchase for alcohol has been made. Alcohol will be returned to store or a pick-up/drop-off can be arranged to return the alcohol to the client (must be local). If there is a change in date or location, Fine & Fancy Bar will apply contracted services to the change based on availability. Failure to pay your remaining balance 30 days before your booking will result in your event being cancelled.

Yes, all events outside of the Golden Triangle Area will be subject to a travel fee.

Fine & Fancy Bar reserves the right to take photos and videos at any event we're booked to service. By booking our services, you consent to the usage of images and videos being posted on our website or social media accounts. If you do not want media of you or your event posted, please inform us upon booking.
